關(guān)于Food Chemistry的幾個問題

各位蟲友們，我目前做的實驗是光譜法測定食品中食用色素的含量，研究的是這種食用色素的與探針機理，表征手段是吸收光譜解析、透射電鏡圖等，如果投外文期刊的話，我想投食品方面的期刊，請問Food Chemistry這個雜志，投稿需要審稿費和版面費嗎？投稿難度大嗎？審稿周期長嗎？ 請投過該雜志的研友們提供下好的建議，謝謝�。� Open access This journal offers you the option of making your article freely available to all via the ScienceDirect platform.
