Turbulence intensity湍流強(qiáng)度的設(shè)置對(duì)模擬結(jié)果的影響

在模擬湍流的時(shí)候,需要設(shè)置turbulence intensity 我想和大家討論一下,如果最開始turbulence intensity 設(shè)置的不對(duì),或者turbulence intensity 無法估算(比如說回流產(chǎn)生的情況) 如果計(jì)算的時(shí)間足夠的長(zhǎng),是否對(duì)最后的結(jié)果也沒有什么影響? 希望各位達(dá)人解惑。 |

我從fluent的user guide 上找到了答案: 1. For flows using one of the k-e models, one of the k-w models, or the RSM, the converged solutions or (for unsteady calculations) the solutions after a sufficiently long time has elapsed should be independent of the initial values for k and e (or k and w). 2. For better convergence, however, it is beneficial to use a reasonable initial guess for k and e (or k and e). In general, it is recommended that you start from a fully-developed state of turbulence.When you use the enhanced wall treatment for the k- models or the RSM, it is critically important to specify fully-developed turbulence fields. |

從上面的描述來看,因?yàn)?turbulence intensity The relationship between the turbulent kinetic energy, k, and turbulence intensity, I, is k =3/2(Uavg*I)^2 If you know the turbulence length scale, l, you can determine Turbulent Dissipation Rate e from the relationship e = (C^3/4*k^3/2)/l turbulence intensity實(shí)際上是用來估算k和的e,所以即使開始turbulence intensity設(shè)置的不準(zhǔn) 如果是非穩(wěn)態(tài)計(jì)算,計(jì)算時(shí)間足夠長(zhǎng),對(duì)最后結(jié)果也不會(huì)產(chǎn)生太大影響 |

補(bǔ)充我的理解: 這個(gè)問題實(shí)際上是邊界條件問題。以固定的速度進(jìn)口條件(velocity inlet )為例子: 1.速度(開始輸入值)入口邊界上的值是固定的,不會(huì)隨著迭代和時(shí)間步的進(jìn)行發(fā)生變化。 2.但是,turbulence intensity (開始輸入值)入口邊界上的值,不是不變的,而是隨之迭代的進(jìn)行不斷的更新和發(fā)生變化。所以即使開始turbulence intensity設(shè)置的不準(zhǔn) 計(jì)算時(shí)間足夠長(zhǎng),對(duì)最后結(jié)果也不會(huì)產(chǎn)生太大影響 |
