技術(shù)審查給的建議是：Thank you for submitting your work to Materials Letters. Before we pass on manuscripts to the Journal Editor, who is responsible for the scientific assessment, we perform an initial check against formal technical criteria (structure of submission, adherence to the Guide for Authors and English language usage). We regret to inform you that your manuscript has failed in the initial formal technical criteria assessment. (1) USE OF ENGLISH In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's required standard. Authors have the responsibility to present papers in good English which can be understood by the journal's readership. If reviewers cannot understand your work as easily as possible, the acceptance possibility of your article will be lowered greatly. We will NOT consider a revised version of your manuscript, unless it has received a complete re-writing to improve the level of English. (2) STRUCTURE AND COMPLETENESS Your manuscript is NOT in accordance with every aspect listed within the author guidelines. Your manuscript should include, but not be limited to, the comments mentioned below. 1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully. 2) Tel/fax number (with area and country code) of the corresponding author should be provided on the first page of the manuscript (3) FINAL WORD If you thoroughly revise your manuscript in accordance with what is stated above in (1) and (2) we welcome you to resubmit it, however, we will again check your manuscript for adherence to technical criteria. Passing this is not a guarantee that your submission will subsequently proceed to the peer review process, which is a decision to be made at the sole discretion of the Editor. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions at the link below: http://elsevier.com/wps/find/ter ... ome/termsconditions 格式倒是沒(méi)啥大問(wèn)題，就是沒(méi)把電話(huà)傳真放進(jìn)去。但是這句話(huà)真是糾結(jié)死我了We will NOT consider a revised version of your manuscript, unless it has received a complete re-writing to improve the level of English.這句話(huà)就是一定要重寫(xiě)過(guò)，改改都不行么？ 以前投過(guò)ACS的雜志，英語(yǔ)水平不能說(shuō)好但是也沒(méi)被嫌成這樣，自己改來(lái)改去總覺(jué)得 根本做不到，要怎么重寫(xiě)��？根本沒(méi)覺(jué)得有那么多的問(wèn)題啊。真是頭疼。如果我自己只是修修部分語(yǔ)法的小問(wèn)題再投上去還有機(jī)會(huì)么？因?yàn)槲艺娴母牡囊罎⒘四挠心敲磭?yán)重的英語(yǔ)問(wèn)題啊，老板也找不到那么多問(wèn)題。 請(qǐng)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的蟲(chóng)子傳授下投稿經(jīng)驗(yàn)。。。 |

看了樓主的文章回復(fù)，感覺(jué)我第一次投稿到這個(gè)期刊的時(shí)候同樣的問(wèn)題，技術(shù)檢查沒(méi)通過(guò)，意見(jiàn)幾乎和你的一樣。但是經(jīng)過(guò)認(rèn)真修改后重新投稿，40天就接受了，后期的速度還是很快的。給樓主的建議： 1.下載一篇accepted的文章對(duì)著修改，這樣格式絕對(duì)不出問(wèn)題了； 2.語(yǔ)言表達(dá)，多套用一些成熟的語(yǔ)句，再就是不要太著急投了，改一次后間隔幾天回頭在修改，在檢查； 3.一定抓住這次機(jī)會(huì)，第二次如果技術(shù)檢查不通過(guò)，期刊就直接拒稿了。 |
