The stability under strong sunlight and lifetime is also a critical parameter for polymer based solar cell, because polymer degra- dation takes place under strong sunlight, high temperature and some other side-reaction with metal electrode and water or oxygen. The different degradation and failure mechanism of poly- mer based are reviewed recently [32]. It is not viable to performthe stability and lifetime measurement for hundreds of hours. We can measure these under accelerated condition. The combination of oxygen atmosphere and illumination of PV devices with visible ight is a candidate for accelerated degradationmeasurement of the devices. In this work, we perform the stability test at ambient atmosphere under continuous illumination of white light. The Isc and Voc of the device as a function of illumination time are shown in Fig. 8. It is found that Voc of the device decreases to zero in 50 min under white-light illumination. The photosensitivity of ZnO to the ight could be one of the reasons to degrade the cell property [32].It has also been reported that hybrid bulk heterojunction of P3HT and ZnO nanoparticles increases the lifetime of the devices [34]. After prolong UV illumination, all electron traps are filled and excessive free electron causes the ZnO to attain the properties of a conductor and as a results photovoltaic behavior decreases. |

強(qiáng)太陽(yáng)光下的穩(wěn)定性以及使用壽命對(duì)聚合物基太陽(yáng)能電池來(lái)說(shuō)也是一個(gè)決定性的參數(shù),這是因?yàn)榫酆辖到膺^(guò)程是在強(qiáng)太陽(yáng)光、高溫以及一些其它副反應(yīng)下和金屬電極、水或氧氣作用下發(fā)生的。聚合物基太陽(yáng)能電池的不同降解和失效機(jī)理近來(lái)也有研究。 對(duì)于花費(fèi)數(shù)百個(gè)小時(shí)來(lái)測(cè)定其穩(wěn)定性和使用壽命也是不可取的。我們?cè)诩铀贄l件下測(cè)量了這些參數(shù)。器件的降解加速測(cè)試是在氧氣氛圍以及光伏器件可見光照射雙重條件下完成的。本研究中,我們通過(guò)在白光源連續(xù)照射下在空氣中對(duì)其穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。圖8是器件的Isc和Voc對(duì)光照時(shí)間的函數(shù)。我們發(fā)現(xiàn),在白光源照射下,50分鐘內(nèi)器件的Voc降到零。ZnO的光敏性可能是降低該電池性能的原因之一。據(jù)報(bào)道,P3HT 和 ZnO納米粒子形成的混合異質(zhì)結(jié)能延長(zhǎng)器件的使用壽命。延長(zhǎng)紫外光照時(shí)間后,所以的電子阱都被填滿,過(guò)剩的自由電子使得ZnO能獲得導(dǎo)體的性能,導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果是光致電壓的降低。 |
