摘要:以大慶焦化柴油為原料,進行了焦化柴油絡合脫氮劑的研究?疾炝藙┯捅、反應溫度、反應時間、沉降時間等工藝條件對脫氮效果的影響,確定了最佳脫氮工藝條件。利用絡合脫氮—加氫精制組合工藝,在溫度360 ℃,壓力6.0 MPa,空速1.5 h-1,氫油比800:1及相同的加氫精制催化劑的條件下,以焦化柴油及其脫氮油為原料進行了對比評價,評價結(jié)果表明,脫氮油與未脫氮油相比,芳烴含量降低了6.9%,氮含量降低了31.5個單位,十六烷值提高了7.7個單位。因此,采用絡合脫氮劑,在焦柴進行加氫精制前,先脫除其中的氮化物,可有效脫除芳烴,提高十六烷值,生產(chǎn)低硫、低芳、高十六烷值的清潔柴油。 關鍵詞:焦化柴油;絡合脫氮;加氫精制 Abstract:The complex denitrogenation agent of coker diesel was studied by using Daqing coker diesel as feedstock. The optimum denitrogenation condition was determined by investigating the effect of reagent/oil ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and sedimentation time on the removal of nitrogen. Comparative evaluation was carried out using coker diesel and removal oil as feedstock with complex denitrogenation-hydrofining combining process under the same condition of 360℃, 6.0MPa, LHSV of 1.5h-1, H2/oil of 800:1 and hydrogenation catalyst. The evaluation results show that compared to coker diesel, the aromatic content and nitrogen content of denitrogen oil is 6.9% and 31.5 units lower respectively, cetane number increased by 7.7 units. Therefore, the removal of nitrogen before hydrofining by using complex agent can effectively remove aromatics, improve the cetane number, produce clean diesel with low sulfur, low aromatic and high cetane number.
