[求助] 英譯中——投稿后審稿人的審稿意見（環(huán)境方面的）

1.In the case of water is this problem an extreme given its very low starting price. Non product output loses are in this case usually formed mainly by lost raw materials which become pollution. Given this observation I was missing in your policy review some more options like to increase price of the input materials (through their taxation) or to introduce additional pollution fee (in my opinion less effective policy option).
2.You exclude for example product modification and communication with customer which can be in this case often the most effective preventative technique. What is thrue（估計是true） is that these options are being explored only if there are significant difficulties (as result of new policies) to run the traditional process. Maybe you could consider to introduce at least some discussion on these topics.

1文章假設(shè)水資源價格較低。并且產(chǎn)物量的減少主要由于原料的損失。因此，我建議你在政策介紹中應(yīng)加上一些內(nèi)容，例如，增加原料的價格（含稅），考慮處理污染的費用（盡管我覺得處理污染費用對政策影響不大）。
2 你沒有給出關(guān)于產(chǎn)品改良和消費者溝通的例子，這是最有效的預(yù)防檢查技術(shù)。這些應(yīng)該在文中探討，當(dāng)然這寫比傳統(tǒng)的處理方法要困難。建議你最好對這些話題進(jìn)行一些討論。
