一篇論文剛審回，“moderate revise”，具體意見如下： The subject is reasonable and presents ***（此處省略n個字，都是一些對文章肯定的話）. Nevertheless, I make some suggestions that I feel would improve the quality and significance of the manuscript. One of the interesting properties for the use in optoelectronic applications is the wide bandgap (3.37 eV) showed by the ZnO. In their last sentence of section 3.3 (photoluminescence), based on the ref 27 and 28, the authors write: "the lattice defects in the ZnO array induce the increase of carrier concentration, which causes that the Fermi level moves into the conduction band since ZnO is naturally a n-type semiconductor" It would be interesting to perform UV-Visible absorbance experimento to obtain the band gap of this ZnO array or to perform theoretical calculations to characterize the band structure of this material The author use different units for the energy of emission peaks. The blue shift for the UV peaks is 5 nm (=43 meV) and only of 1nm (=8 meV) for the peak around 438 nm. 這個意見是需要增加數(shù)據(jù)嗎？但加了就超過期刊的限制了。 moderate revise，這種情況需要修改的篇幅大嗎？我現(xiàn)在想到的就是增加幾個單詞，感覺想小修。大家moderate revise的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是什么？ [ Last edited by andy_ytg on 2011-8-3 at 19:00 ] |
