關(guān)于reject with invitation to resubmit

I write you in regards to manuscript no. fuce.201100062 entitled " which you submitted to Fuel Cells. In view of the criticisms of the referee(s) found at the bottom of this letter, your manuscript has been denied publication in Fuel Cells in its current form. Due to our decision "Reject with Invitation to Resubmit" we expressly invite you to completely rework your paper and submit again at a later time. Thank you for considering Fuel Cells for the publication of your research. I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from submitting future manuscripts. Review Editor: Bele, Petra Comments to the Author: Both reviewer raised serious concers about your paper. Both claimed that additional experiments need to be carries out, before a resubmision should be cosidered. I invite you to address all the issues raised by he reiwers and completely rewrite your MS and submit it at a later time (a rebuttal letter and reference to this MS number is nessessary). In its current form I cannot recommend publcation in Fuel Cells. 其中兩個審稿人提得意見要求補充一兩個實驗數(shù)據(jù)。都不難解決。 就是編輯的意思我不知道是傾向拒絕還是重新投呢，要是resubmit 的話，在投稿系統(tǒng)里是以new submission 還是怎么樣呢 謝謝各位了。第一次碰到這樣的情況，能指點的，請大家多多發(fā)言啊 我一定多給大家金幣 |
