自己參考了google翻譯,能看看有哪些問(wèn)題需要修改? 最小切削厚度是切削形成切屑的極限,最小切削厚度對(duì)超精密加工的表面質(zhì)量有重要影響,隨切削厚度趨近于最小切削厚度,則切削表面質(zhì)量趨于較好,而一旦切削厚度減小到最小切削厚度以下,就會(huì)出現(xiàn)耕犁現(xiàn)象,使耕犁表面質(zhì)量變差;隨著切削厚度逐步減小,耕犁現(xiàn)象逐步消失,直至切削表面只發(fā)生彈塑性變形,使表面質(zhì)量又趨于好轉(zhuǎn)。在超精密加工時(shí),控制切削參數(shù),使切削厚度始終大于最小切削厚度,不發(fā)生耕犁現(xiàn)象,是獲得優(yōu)異表面質(zhì)量的主要方法。而如何控制切削參數(shù),長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)靠加工者經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)選擇,缺少理論依據(jù)。因此超精密加工理論、技術(shù)還有許多問(wèn)題不明確,亟待補(bǔ)充完善。 MTC is the tipping point of formation the chip, MTC have major effect on surface quality of the ultra-precision machining. With the cutting thickness is close to the MTC, The cutting surface quality become better, but once the cutting thickness is reduced to the following of the MTC, there will be plowing phenomenon, so plowing surface quality deterioration. With cutting thickness gradually decreases, plowing phenomenon gradually disappeared, until only the elastic-plastic deformation occurred, so surface quality tend to improve. When ultra-precision machining, control the cutting parameters, so that the cutting thickness is always greater than the MTC, plowing phenomenon does not occur, is main method to obtain excellent surface quality. And the cutting parameters are select on the basis of experience by the processor for a long time, so lack theoretical basis. Therefore, ultra-precision machining theory, there are many technical issues are not clear, urgent need to supplement and perfect. |
