| The concept of back-end technology was created to separate what users see and interact with from the real application, their artificial logic, or inner workings that create desirable output. This concept is shown in Figure 1 as a separation between front-end and back-end of IT. The nature of the study will be later described in optimal model building. When using the process of delivering education in a charter school system to the concept of business process, the application of BPR is suddenly a viable option. When users discuss information technology, they often point at the visual aspect of IT as described in the Figure 1 as a front end. The access to the IT as illustrated in Figure 1 points at the integration with the core of IT services that the teachers (employees) do nohave any influence or ability to interact. |
