一篇文章做了一年了，投生物大分子，兩個(gè)審稿人，一個(gè)大修，一個(gè)是小修，但編輯開始給了委婉拒稿，我等又努力地寫信申訴，結(jié)果給了個(gè)重投的意見，命懸一線！
各位給些建議！仁者見仁智者見智，眾人拾柴火焰高！不勝感激,嗚呼哀哉，阿彌陀佛，無量天尊，這可是俺種了一年多地地收的唯一的一點(diǎn)收成了！

Thank you for your email. As I stated in my previous letter, I am concerned about the novelty of the work. The added value of your paper compared to previous work must be significant. This must be made clear for the reader and should be emphasized in title, aim and conclusions.
You may submit your manuscript again, however, it must be submitted as a new submission in Paragon Plus. The paper will go through another peer review process. Please mention in the cover letter that it is a revised version of bm-2011-XXXXXX and include point-by-point responses to each of the reviewer and my comments and also describe clearly how the manuscript has been changed.
