| 我國(guó)褐煤資源豐富,云南省是全國(guó)第二大褐煤產(chǎn)地,而褐煤屬低價(jià)煤,工業(yè)應(yīng)用價(jià)值較低,如何合理開(kāi)發(fā)和有效利用褐煤資源成為一個(gè)值得深入研究的課題。本項(xiàng)目在前期扎實(shí)工作的基礎(chǔ)之上,選擇國(guó)內(nèi)外褐煤資源利用四大途徑之一:褐煤制備腐植酸產(chǎn)品為切入點(diǎn),在傳統(tǒng)的利用技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上積極進(jìn)行新技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用,從云南省優(yōu)勢(shì)資源褐煤中氧化降解、提取、純化腐植酸,并以云南年青褐煤氧化降解產(chǎn)物腐植酸(尤其是水溶性腐植酸)為研究對(duì)象,用現(xiàn)代分析手段對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征,探索其復(fù)雜分子結(jié)構(gòu),闡述云南年青褐煤氧化降解過(guò)程中的腐植酸官能團(tuán)變化規(guī)律,建立云南年青褐煤氧化降解產(chǎn)物腐植酸的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及分析方法。同時(shí)研究其降血糖、抗胃潰瘍及抗癌活性,進(jìn)行必要的安全性評(píng)價(jià),為有效利用云南褐煤資源,深度挖掘褐煤腐植酸的潛在功能,開(kāi)發(fā)云南褐煤腐植酸資源,進(jìn)行必要的基礎(chǔ)研究工作。本項(xiàng)目的完成將為不可再生褐煤資源的可持續(xù)有效利用問(wèn)題的解決提供依據(jù)。 |

| China is rich in brown coal resources and Yunnan is the second largest brown coal growing area in the country. As we know, brown coal is low-cost coal and its industrial application value is low too, so the reasonabe development and effective use of brown coal is a subject worthy of further study. On the basis of solid previous work on this subject, we chose humic acid products prepared by brown coal—one of the four ways of brown coal utilizations home and abroad—as the breakthrough point to oxidate and degrade, extract and purify the humic acid from Yunnan’s advantageous brown coal resource by using the new utilization technology based on the tranditional one. We set the humic acid oxidated and degraded from the green brown coal as our research object, and characterized it by using modern analysis methods in order to explore its complex molecular structure, to explain the variation law of the functional group of humic acid, and to establish the quality standard and analysis methods of humic acid oxidated and degraded from the green brown coal in Yunnan province. Meanwhile, we also studied its hypoglycemic, anti-ulcer and anti-cancer activity and made necessary safety evaluation to lay foundations for such aspects as the effective use of brown coal resources in Yunnan, the potential for deep mining of humic acid for brown coal, and the development of the humic acid resources. The completion of the project will provide the issue of sustainable and effective use of the non-renewable brown coal resources with basis. |

| Yunnan is the second-largest lignite producer in China rich in lignite reserves, but brown coal has low price and lower industrial perspectives, so it is an attractive subject in the reasonable exploitation and effective use of brown coal. Based on the solid preliminary work, and actively development in the new technology and application upon the traditional technology, this project takes humic acid produced by brown coal as key point, which is one of the four approaches, to degrade, extract and purify the humic acid from brown coal in Yunnan, and to characterize using modern analysis method and to investigate the complex molecular structure of the humic acid (especially the water soluble humic acid) produced by oxidative degradation, and to expound change mechanism of functional group in the process of oxidative degradation of green brown coal in Yunnan, establish the quality standard and analytical method of the production of the oxidative degradation of green brown coal. And also study its antidiabetics, anti-ulcer and Anti-cancer effect. It is necessary to t carry out the fundamental researches with the purpose of reasonable utilization of brown coal resources in Yunnan, deep mining the potential functions of humic acid, exploiting the brown coal resources in Yunnan. The completion of the project will provide basis for solve the problem about the sustainable utilization of the non-renewable brown coal resources. |
