| 本文合成了一種新型一氧化氮分子熒光探針并對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,此熒光探針為連接有1,4,8,11-四氮雜環(huán)十四烷環(huán)胺化合物的熒光素-Cu(II)離子配合物,其本身無(wú)熒光,當(dāng)與NO反應(yīng)后,在λex=465nm光激發(fā)下產(chǎn)生熒光且最大發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)λem =524nm。體系的pH值對(duì)熒光強(qiáng)度有影響,在pH為4.5時(shí)熒光強(qiáng)度最大。在H2O2,ONOO-存在下,熒光探針對(duì)NO表現(xiàn)出很好的選擇性。以NOC-18為NO釋放劑,在NOC-18濃度為4×10-5~14×10-5mol/L范圍內(nèi)建立了NOC-18濃度和熒光強(qiáng)度間的關(guān)系曲線,熒光強(qiáng)度隨NOC-18濃度的增加而增大,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)NO的直接檢測(cè)。 |

Let me try it. I am not familiar with your field, just a try. Here, a novel fluorescent probe for nitric oxide was synthesized the structure was explored. The probe was coupled with cyclam-Cu2+ complex that it alone does not emit fluorescence. However, when reacted with NO, excited under the wavelength of 465nm, it will emit fluorescence and the maximum wavelength of emission is 524nm. The intensity of fluorescence was influenced by PH value and the intensity reached peak value under PH4.5. The fluorescent probe exhibited excellent selection to NO in the appearance of H2O2 and/or ONOO-. A relationship curve was developed between fluorescent intensity and NOC-18, a stimulator of NO production. At range of 4x10e5 to14x10e5 mol/L of NOC-18, the fluorescent intensity was positively regulated by increasing NOC-18 concentration. Hence, NO production can be determined directly through measuring fluorescent intensity. |
