| The selection of the mixed research inquiry was based on a primary objective to understand how such system can influence the effectiveness of service delivery to all internal and external customers. At the same time current IT service provider was going through a number of reorganizations and was not able to provide such help from within the department. The desire of the management team was to identify and select the elements of the old IT infrastructure and improve it to extend that such system can provide IT services at the desirable level. The management expected to see more tangible, measurable results in a system improvement project. The justification of the entire project, as much as based on a good user experience, had to be proven by the better, faster, more reliable system performance and compatibility with the entire school administration. This study explored the management beliefs about the fundamental quality of the modern information sharing technology and how such technology could benefit administrative side of any academic program. The review of available literature validated and confirmed the existing problem domain as the administrative aspect of school institution has been mostly neglected by the research community. |

| 混合研究調(diào)查的選擇基于的一個主要目的是為里了解這種系統(tǒng)是如何影響提供給所有內(nèi)部以及外部用戶的服務(wù)的效益。同時目前IT服務(wù)供應(yīng)商正在經(jīng)歷一系列的重組,因此并沒有從部門內(nèi)部提供這樣的服務(wù)。所以管理團隊的愿望是辨別和選擇舊的IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施中的一些元素,并且通過改善他們從而擴展使得這種系統(tǒng)可以給人們提供理想的IT服務(wù)。管理層期望在一個系統(tǒng)的改進過程中,能夠看到更多的實實在在的,可衡量的結(jié)果。對于整個項目的論證,盡可能建立在良好的用戶體驗經(jīng)歷的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對更好,更快,更可靠的系統(tǒng)性能以及是否能夠很好的融入到整個學(xué)校的管理中來證實。本研究還探討了關(guān)于現(xiàn)代信息共享技術(shù)基本性質(zhì)的基本理念以及這種技術(shù)是如何能夠從管理方面使得所有的學(xué)術(shù)課程受益的。通過對現(xiàn)有文獻的研究,我們可以確定的是學(xué)校機構(gòu)管理方面存在的問題大多已被研究界所忽視。 |
