| In addition to providing a depth dimension to the existing body of knowledge, this research used literature review to reveal a strong desire to quantify and further document information specific business processes as they pertained to the educational service provider for K-12 school system. To address this need, researcher explored the information-centric project to integrate all information and data communications. The research analyzed how the school administration used data-centric system to provide higher level of services (both academic and non-academic). Element of observation and participant observation could be used with small modifications as a framework for any future information-centric projects conducted in a public school domain. According to Brinkerhoff (2003), most of the research in the field of qualitative reasoning was devoted to the questions of representation of qualitative models and to qualitative simulation algorithms that derive qualitative behaviors from given qualitative models (p. 51). That point of view is used to demonstrate how gained knowledge and collected data can prove helpful in the public school system. It is important to understand that the research constructed qualitative model as a representation of the reality of the charter school system. |
