I am sorry to learn that my manuscropt was rejected based on the comments from just one referee. 我的稿件是在Jan 12, 2011提交的，2011年04月28日收到“大修”的決定，按照審稿意見認(rèn)真修改后于2011年5月24日提交了修改稿，Sep 13, 2011收到“拒稿”的決定。在收到拒稿信的時(shí)候，我仔細(xì)閱讀了審稿人的審稿意見，我認(rèn)為該審稿人可能沒有理解我提出的算法。I think that the manuscript is very suitable to the readership of Pattern Recognition (a novel and efficient circle detection algorithm). As such, I would like to ask if you could send it to another referee for a review and then reconsider your decision? Thank you very much for your help! I am looking forward to hearing from you. here it goes: 是manuscript!! my manuscript was submitted on Jan 12,2011 and was informed that it need many amendments on April 28.After considering the modification suggestions earnestly,many modifications were made and the modified manuscript was resubmitted on May 24,.sadly,I was notified that my manuscript was rejected on Sep 13.after carefully reading the reviewer's modification suggestions,I believe that the reviewer might not understand the algorithm I put forward in my manuscript totally . 祝好��！ |
