由于在復(fù)合材料中晶須的加入，一方面使得復(fù)合材料摩擦過程中摩擦副與大量由晶須組成的凸峰接觸，這些凸峰承擔(dān)了部分載荷及摩擦阻力，使鋁合金基體和磨球的接觸較少，從而保護(hù)了基體，降低了復(fù)合材料的磨損率；另一反面，晶須在摩擦磨損過程中破碎并在擠壓力的作用下形成一層富含Mg2B2O7晶須的機(jī)械混合層，這層物質(zhì)有利于降低復(fù)合材料的磨損率，使得復(fù)合材料的耐磨性得到有效的提高。 謝謝大家了！ |

| With adding Whisker In the composite materials ,on the one hand ,the process of friction contacts with convex peaks which formed by a large number of whiskers during the friction process of composite materials,these convex peaks assumed part of the load and friction ,which lead less contact between the aluminum matrix and balls, thereby protecting the substrate, reducing the wear rate of composite materials.on the other hand ,in the process of friction and wear,whisker are broken and formed a mechanical mixed layer which riched in Mg2B2O7 whisker under the pressure in the squeeze, this layer of materials help to reduce the wear rate of composite materials, effectively improved the wear resistance of composite materials. |
