各位蟲友，請教一個問題在一篇文獻（J Phys Chem A, 2005, 109, 2078-2089）中看到一句話里的一個動作不太理解，關于這個動作的描述有這些語句： 1. P2083. We have also tried to determine the motion from one saddle structure to the opposite saddled structure (with the other indole rings up and down) through a planar D4h structure (the most commonly adopted by monomeric metallophthalocyanines). 2. P2085. The electronic transitions computed for the D4h conformer are essentially identical in energy, intensity, and character to those computed for the D2d conformer. This indicates that the flapping motion of the molecule from one saddled conformation through the planar "maximum" to the opposite saddled structure, if any, would not be detetable in the optical spectrum. 3. P2088. In solution the theoretical results indicated that it can flap from one D2d-saddled conformation to the opposite one through a D4h-planar structure. 1. 對于第一個段描述，這種動作，是否只有結構中存在鞍形結構時會出現(xiàn)這種動作；如果說對于文獻中這種構型四個支鏈想同一方向彎曲，形成C4v點群，首先可以說這個C4V點群構型是鞍形結構嗎？其次，對于C4v構型會有這種動作發(fā)生呢？ 這個作者稱其為Flapping motion的動作，意義是什么，還是說對于構型中存在鞍形結構就要研究這個動作？ 2. 對于第二段描述，是否在研究flapping motion是否存在時，只要計算鞍形結構（這里是D2d）和平面結構（D4h）兩個構型的激發(fā)態(tài)，看他們的激發(fā)能、強度和特征是否一致，如果說一致，這種flapping motion就存在？ 3. 第三段是作者得到的結論，flapping motion存在。 望了解這種flapping motion的蟲友能解答下，如果可以能提供一些這方面的文獻，非常感謝！ 附件為這種文獻。 |
