We noted that the website stated "Membership is not a must but we welcome membership from all the authors and co-authors for promotion of the journal." and hope that our paper can be processed and accepted. 就是。樓主把標(biāo)題換一下吧。 樓主說(shuō)的雜志也是有十幾年歷史的雜志，文章不多，不是濫發(fā)文章個(gè)人牟利的那種（最近很多新出版社這樣出很多雜志）。 We are pleased to inform you that we are publishing blind peer reviewed International quarterly Journal " Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment " from INDIA since 1997 regularly.
