computers & operations research 只有一個(gè)審稿人意見(jiàn)？

投稿到 computers & operations research 將近一年，終于得到審稿意見(jiàn)，'Submissions Needing Revision'，可是只有一個(gè)審稿人。我是不是要詢(xún)問(wèn)是否有另外的審稿意見(jiàn)，有可能是其他審稿人的意見(jiàn)被遺漏等等原因嗎？第一次投稿，不太懂，希望大家給點(diǎn)解釋?zhuān)x謝啦。 The reviewers have commented on your above paper.
