IEEE CL最終上傳請教

請問IEEE communications letters接收后的最終上傳要有哪些文件？ 他給的list： -Final papers submitted in TeX or LaTeX only -Figures in .eps format -PDF file of final version of paper -PDF file of signed copyright or copyright receipt (top portion of form must be completed) 除此之外還要求 The message accompanying final files must include the following information: - Paper CL #. - Contact author's full contact information (name, affiliation, address, e-mail). - Affiliations for all co-authors - Original submission date. - Name of Associate Editor who accepted paper. - EDICS #: http://dl.comsoc.org/comml/author.html 請問這些message怎么發(fā)過去，是在email過去final files的時候?qū)懮暇托辛嗣矗?br /> 還有，- Affiliations for all co-authors,- Original submission date這些要不要在final PDF file里加到文章第一頁的左下角�。� |

1）請問這些message怎么發(fā)過去，是在email過去final files的時候?qū)懮暇托辛嗣矗?br />
是的，按照要求寫清楚 2）- Affiliations for all co-authors,- Original submission date這些要不要在final PDF file里加到文章第一頁的左下角啊？ 是的，如果來自同一個單位，就寫 The authors are with ... 不妨參考最新發(fā)表的論文的格式 |
