準(zhǔn)備投ACS的analytical chemistry，第一次投稿格式上有點(diǎn)小問題，求助一下

Information for Authors 上寫Document Templates The templates for Analytical Chemistry are available below. While authors are encouraged to use a template, it is not mandatory. All accepted manuscripts are typeset from electronic files. The template facilitates the peer review process by allowing authors to place artwork and tables close to the point where they are discussed within the text. Please use U.S. Letter (8 1/2" by 1 1"  paper size setting in the word processing program as the original document page size for preparation of all manuscripts. Do not use A4 or other size paper settings.但是我的文章里的圖明顯要大于這個(gè)版面，于是之前修改的時(shí)候都是用的橫版模式的，用的word2003的模板。請(qǐng)問如果我把文章改成 U.S. Letter (8 1/2" by 1 1" paper size 的話，圖是縮小還是應(yīng)該怎么辦呢？另外，文章第一頁寫標(biāo)題的下面是用1,2,3,4標(biāo)注department嗎？我看AC上有的文章用的符號(hào)，不明白啊不明白~~ A statement of the availability of SI should be placed at the end of the paper using the format “Supporting Information Available: This material is available free of charge via the Internet at http://pubs.acs.org.” supporting information上說在最后要加上“Supporting Information Available: This material is available free of charge via the Internet at http://pubs.acs.org.” 請(qǐng)問是分頁之后再加還是直接就在最后一頁加呢？ Page, figure, and table numbers in SI should be preceded by “S-”.Preferable page size is 22 cm × 28 cm, with material aligned parallel to the 22 cm dimension. 我看有的文獻(xiàn)也沒加這個(gè)“-”，到底加不加呢？加了之后我想表示Table S3到S8的話應(yīng)該怎么在文章中表示呢？？后一句話是什么意思呢？ 問題比較多，不好意思啊，還是菜鳥~~~~希望得到幫助啊~~~~謝謝各位了~~~ [ Last edited by xingyel on 2011-10-26 at 14:15 ] |
