出錯分析 SCF cycles performed but system has not reached the groundstate. Current total energy = -13136.25934970 eV (energy not corrected for finite basis set) 第一句：SCF循環(huán)可以進行，但是不能達到基態(tài)——出錯的結果 第三句：由于basis set設置不對，因此energy 不正確 糾正方式： 修改basis set 設置的取值。 在CASTEP calculation 里面找到Electronic 點擊窗口右下角的more. 彈出的窗口里面第一個就是basis set .修改數(shù)值就可以了 |
