會(huì)議無(wú)法檢索，推薦了一個(gè)很一般的journal，要發(fā)么？

收到ICISCI2011的郵件，說(shuō)可以把文章免費(fèi)發(fā)表到Advanced Materials Research，各位幫忙看看，要發(fā)么？ Dear author of ICISCI 2011, As all you know, IEEE made the decision that 138 conferences will not be included in the IEEE explore in the middle of this year. At the meantime, some other conferences co-sponsored by IEEE are also proceeded very slowly to IEEE Xplore compared to before. Very regret, ICISCI 2011 is also involved in. We have not received any notification from IEEE about ICISCI2011 after 10 months. Therefore, all the selected papers of ICISCI 2011 were recommended to the Journal "Advanced Materials Research" [ISSN:1022-6680, Trans Tech Publications]. Advanced Materials Research is indexed by Elsevier: SCOPUS and Ei Compendex (CPX) Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA), ISI (ISTP, CPCI, Web of Science), Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE), etc. Journal web is: http://www.ttp.net/1022-6680.html It is very glad to tell you that your paper has already accepted by Advanced Materials Research recommended by our committees. Please format your paper according to the TTP template and resend it (both .doc and .pdf files) with signed copyright form to icisci2011@hotmail.com before Nov. 28th. The editor will start edit the new proceeding after Nov. 28th and make the proceeding published on December 2011. The new proceeding publication fee will be paid by ICISCI 2011.
