有機硅 工藝工程師
|
Main Duty: 1. Translate Silicones Global Technology to NT Plant by going through NPI process 2. Provide online technical support to operators to keep stable production with good quality 3. Develop Process/SOP/formulation to reduce cycle time, and improve productivity 4. Process & QC tracking 5. Perform manufacturing training for operators 6. Communicate with global Engineering team to improve technical process 7. Cooperate with supplier for raw material selection 8. Set production schedule in support of business and ensure the production goal can be realized on time 9. Responsible for operation safety and environmental protection 10. Process study of NPI under commercialization Education/Training Requirement: 1. Bachelor in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering 2. Familiar with chemical production 3. Experience of on-site production management 4. Good communications skills 5. Experience of Process Mapping & Trouble-shooting 6. Good English skills like writing reports and discussing directly with foreign team Ability Requirement: 1. Proactive attitude, ambition and the confidence necessary to achieving targets 2. Able to work under high pressure 3. Good integrity and team sprit 4. Strong ability to solve problems and work independently 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Requirement: 1.3 Years or more experience in chemical Plant 2. Familiar with Utility and WWTP 3. Experience of new product introduction and improvement project 4. Experience of 6 sigma or SAP 5. Experience of Project Execution |
