氮磷收支常被用來(lái)作為評(píng)價(jià)水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖中氮、磷重要性、轉(zhuǎn)化效率及養(yǎng)殖污染程度的有效方法,其核心問(wèn)題是研究系統(tǒng)中氮磷的輸入與輸出各組分的定量關(guān)系,以及溫度密度和流量等生態(tài)因子和不同混養(yǎng)模式對(duì)氮磷收支組分影響,從而建立有效的養(yǎng)殖模式,提高氮磷的轉(zhuǎn)換效率和養(yǎng)殖生態(tài)效益。 (5)綜合氮磷輸入與輸出,建立了循環(huán)海水養(yǎng)魚(yú)系統(tǒng)的氮磷收支方程,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)26℃組,氮磷同化比例分別為40.87%和37.92%,顯著高于其他溫度組(P<0.05),表明26℃為點(diǎn)帶石斑魚(yú)最適生長(zhǎng)溫度;30ind/m2,氮磷同化比例高于其他密度組,水中溶解氮的比例為6.58%顯著低于其他密度組(P<0.05),表明最適密度為30 ind·m-2;4次/h組氮磷同化率高于其他流量組;循環(huán)次數(shù)越多,顆粒有機(jī)物氮磷輸出比例越高;魚(yú)貝混養(yǎng)組與魚(yú)貝藻混養(yǎng)組氮磷同化率無(wú)顯著差異(P>0.05),但前者的氮損失比例是后者的2.3倍。 綜合以上多項(xiàng)研究指標(biāo),可以認(rèn)為,在循環(huán)海水養(yǎng)魚(yú)系統(tǒng)中,以水溫26℃、養(yǎng)殖密度30ind/m2、4次循環(huán)/h最佳養(yǎng)殖條件,魚(yú)貝藻混養(yǎng)為最佳養(yǎng)殖模式。 [ Last edited by 171303240 on 2011-11-20 at 09:21 ] |

The incoming and outcoming of nitride and phosphor is considered as an effective method of evaluating the importance of nitride and phosphor in acquaculture, the efficiency of transform and the degree of the pollution in culture. Its main focus is the quantity relationship of incoming and outcoming of nitride and phosphor of each ingredient, and the ecological factors and the different mixed-culture model ,such as temperature density and flux volume ,which influence the incoming and outcoming of nitride and phosphor, thereby constituting the effective culture model and increasing the transforming efficient of nitride and phosphor and the profit of eco-culture. |

Its main focus is the quantity relationship of incoming and outcoming of nitride and phosphor of each ingredient, and the ecological factors and the different mixed-culture model ,such as temperature density and flux volume ,which influence the incoming and outcoming of nitride and phosphor, thereby constituting the effective culture model and increasing the transforming efficient of nitride and phosphor and the profit of ecological culture. 5)Based on incoming and outcoming of nitride and phosphor, the balance formula of the sea-water recycle culture system is established in which it is found that the assimilation rate of nitride and phosphor in 26℃ group is 40.87 % and 37.92% and significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05), it indicates that it is most optimum temperature for the Epinephelus coioides in 26℃; the assimilation rate of nitride and phosphor in 30ind/m2 group is significantly higher than other groups and the ratio of soluble nitride is 6.58%(P<0.05), significantly lower than other groups, it indicates that it is most optimum culture density for the Epinephelus coioides on the density condition of 30 ind·m-2 ; the assimilation rate of nitride and phosphor in 4times/h group is higher than other groups; the more the times of recycles, the higher outcoming rate there is in the granule organic substance; there is no significant difference between fish & shellfish mixed-group and fish & shellfish & algae mixed-group(P>0.05), but the loss rate of nitride of fish & shellfish mixed-group is 2.3 fold to the latter group. According to the results demonstrated before, we consider that the optimum condition is 26℃ of water temperature, 30ind/m2 of culture density and 4 cycles/h and the optimum culture model is fish & shellfish & algae mixed-group. |
