Coatings of Nafion on glassy carbon electrodes were prepared by transferring the desired volume of the 0.5 wt.% stock solution to the electrode and allowing the solvent to evaporate at room temperature. Nafion coatings on the gold-coated quartz crystals of the quartz crystal microbalance were prepared by a previously described spin-coating procedure using a 2.5 wt.% stock solution of Nafion containing 10% H20 . Spectrophotometric or atomic absorption analyses of Nafion coatings containing Cu(bpy) were carried out with coatings that had been deposited on a platinum flag electrode from which they could be dissolved by sonication for a few minutes in DMF at room temperature. The resulting solutions were analyzed by UV and atomic absorption spectrophotometry using calibration curves pre- pared from standard solutions of Cu(bpy) in DMF. The UV absorption was measured at 284 nm where the bpy ligand is strongly absorbing. Analysis of the same solutions for Cu by atomic absorption provided the calibration data needed to relate the absorption at 284 nm to the concentration of Cu in the solution. 希望能幫助到樓主:![]() Nafion膜電極的制備方法是將0.5 wt%所需體積的儲備液轉(zhuǎn)移到玻碳電極上,并在室溫下等待溶劑蒸發(fā)。石英微天平上的金涂層石英晶體通過以前所述的旋涂法制備,使用的溶液是含有10%水的2.5 wt%Nafion儲備液。Nafion涂層中的Cu(bpy)含量通過分光光度法或者原子吸收光譜測定,首先將沉積在鉑電極表面的涂層置于DMF中,在室溫下超聲幾分鐘后溶解。將所得到的溶液通過紫外和原子吸收光譜和Cu(bpy)的DMF標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液測得的校準(zhǔn)曲線加以分析。bpy配體在284 nm處的紫外吸收非常強(qiáng)。而同一溶液中的Cu的濃度可使用原子吸收光譜測定,測定過程中的校準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)需要與284nm處的紫外吸收數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)。 |
