求高人指點呀�。�！博后申請 已有11人參與

小弟明年七月博士畢業(yè)，前幾天開始海投找博后（基本投的美國），結(jié)果發(fā)了八十封左右，有很多不回，而且我發(fā)的還并不是都發(fā)牛人呀，回的大多都是說沒有多余的錢來提供新的位置。是啥原因呀，是不是我CV的問題呀，肯請高人指點，如何才能提高命中率？（本人情況：化學(xué)專業(yè)，六篇一作SCI，IF>45.）然后大家?guī)臀铱纯聪旅娴男�，這些老板又說沒錢，但好像又要推薦信，我要不要發(fā)推薦信呢，是我自己將推薦信發(fā)給他們還是讓我的推薦人發(fā)郵件呢�。ι暾埐┖笪彝耆欢�，大哥大姐們給點建議吧，人都瘋了！ Dear xx, Thank you for your email and interest in our laboratory. At this point my funds are completely committed (to three postdocs who are currently in the lab), so no new openings are available.
