| 班組是由企業(yè)行政直接組織職工為完成各項生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營任務的最基層組織，特點是組員較少、調(diào)動方便、易于組織。班組作為企業(yè)中最小的生產(chǎn)組織和行政“細胞”，其基礎地位是顯而易見的，失去了堅固的基礎，企業(yè)就建不起“高樓大廈”。同樣電力企業(yè)的班組是最基層、最活躍的單位，也是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和發(fā)展的基礎和各級工作的落腳點。班組素質(zhì)的高低，代表和反映了企業(yè)的整體水平，班組工作的業(yè)務流程，管理將直接影響到企業(yè)的社會形象和經(jīng)濟效益，甚至決定企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。經(jīng)過多年信息化建設的積累，電力企業(yè)大多數(shù)班組的業(yè)務都已經(jīng)應用計算機來處理，但是各個班組依賴計算機工作的程度各不相同。這樣就需要一個班組管理系統(tǒng)對班組的日常工作進行集中管理，對班組的生產(chǎn)、學習、管理情況進行記錄，并對這些內(nèi)容進行檢查和匯總。讓各個班組能從一堆記錄簿中解脫出來，達到無紙化辦公，讓班組信息的共享和交流變得更輕松。在日常工作中，管理人員能夠利用班組管理系統(tǒng)即時的了解班組的情況，及時提出建議，指導班組更好的工作。 |
