摘要:本文采用醇鹽-凝膠溶膠法制備Al2O3-ZrO2復合載體,并通過超聲浸漬法制備Cs2O/ Al2O3-ZrO2催化劑。采用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、能譜(EDS)等技術考察了復合載體對催化劑的晶相結構、表面形貌的影響;并以甲醛和醋酸甲酯合成丙烯酸甲酯反應為探針,討論了單一載體及鋁鋯比不同的復合載體催化劑的催化活性。實驗結果表明:經(jīng)過500℃煅燒的催化劑具有良好的晶形;材料具有蜂窩狀孔道,具有良好的通透性;Cs的負載量為4.42%;當mAl2O¬3:mZrO2=1:0.25時所得催化劑的活性最高,收率達到14.76%。 關鍵詞:醇鹽-凝膠溶膠法; Al2O3-ZrO2復合載體;羥酸縮合 |

Abstract: Al2O3-ZrO2 composite carriers have been prepared by the alkoxide sol-gel method, and Cs2O / Al2O3-ZrO2 catalysts have been prepared utilizing ultrasonic impregnation. Besides, the effects of the carriers on the crystal phase structures and the morphologies of the catalysts have been investigated employing X-ray diffractions (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Moreover, the catalytic activity of the catalysts with single and composite carriers of various Al/Zr ratios was thoroughly discussed by means of the reaction of formaldehyde and methyl acetate affording methacrylate. The results show that the catalysts were of favorable crystal shapes after the calcinations at 500 ℃. Meanwhile, the cellular pores of the materials could lead to satisfactory permeability. Furthermore, the loading of Cs was 4.42%, and the catalyst activity reached maximum with the yield of 14.76% when the molar ratio of Al2O3 and ZrO2 was 1:0.25.
