在一篇文章中看到 Furthermore, it is clear that the energy difference 1EFM (40.1 meV) between AFM and FM states is very large for configuration II (1, 3). The Curie temperature (TC ) can be estimated with the classical Heisenberg model in mean-field theory [23] kBTC = 21EFM/3x (2) where x is the concentration of doping atoms and kB is Boltzmann’s constant. By Eq. (2), the Curie temperature (TC ) of Cu-doped CdS is obtained. It is about TC = 400 K and higher than room temperature in Cu-doped ZnO DMSs [24] and Cu-doped GaN [25] respectively. These results illustrate that Cu-doped CdS is a more promising spintronics material. 其中公式2是根據(jù)平均場理論算出的Tc為400多，其中k，Delta（EFM）=40.1meV已知，x為摻雜原子的濃度，可是x帶2/36，或者按質(zhì)量百分數(shù)算都是5000多了，不知道大家有無用過這個公式，或者這里作者處理的不對？ |
