| 如圖7所示，以DMA圖中Tanδ曲線上的峰頂溫度表示各PI的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度，這些薄膜的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度出現(xiàn)在305－433℃的高溫范圍內(nèi)，表明所有聚合物均具有優(yōu)異的熱穩(wěn)定性。均聚物A出現(xiàn)兩個明顯的損耗峰，對應(yīng)于兩個玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變。由WAXD的結(jié)論，我們知道均聚物A具有較高的有序度，因此，我們推斷，在低溫區(qū)的高Tanδ損耗峰對應(yīng)于無定型區(qū)的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變（304℃），而在高溫區(qū)的低Tanδ損耗峰則對應(yīng)于其結(jié)晶或有序區(qū)的分子鏈松弛轉(zhuǎn)變（410℃）。均聚物E只在433℃處出現(xiàn)一個玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變，這與以前的研究結(jié)果相符[4]。所有共聚物的DMA曲線圖中均只出現(xiàn)一個明顯的Tan損耗峰，說明它們均形成了無規(guī)共聚物，即BDA/OA與BDA/IA鏈段沿著共聚物分子鏈進行了無規(guī)排列。對應(yīng)于均聚物A的結(jié)晶或有序區(qū)內(nèi)分子鏈運動的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變（約為410℃）的Tanδ損耗峰在共聚物中消失了，這可能歸因于共聚物的有序度太小，因而其在有序區(qū)內(nèi)的無定型分子鏈的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變不明顯。共聚物B、C、D的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度分別為339、372、387℃，表明玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度隨著共聚物中BOA含量的減少而增加。由紅外結(jié)論，酰胺結(jié)構(gòu)的引入使聚酰亞胺體系內(nèi)氫鍵相互作用增強，因此，玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度的增加歸因于共聚物分子鏈間相互作用的增強。 |

as DMA in Fig7 show, the peak temperature of the Tanδ curve represent the vitrification transformation temperature of each PI which ranges in high temperature of 305~433℃ indicate that all the polymer provided with a excellent hermostability. There are two obvious loss peak in Homopolymer A correspond to two vitrification transformation. We know that there are a high extent ordering in Homopolymer A from WAXD’s conclusion .since we conclude that the high Tanδ loss peak in low temperature area correspond to vitrification transformation of undefined area. Moreover , the low Tanδ loss peak in high temperature area correspond to relaxation transformation of crystallization and ordered area. There are only one vitrification transformation in Homopolymer E which is consist with the result of the former research. There are only one obvious tan loss peak appeard in all DMA curve indicate that all the Homopolymer have formed ruleless Homopolymer. 沒時間了 先翻這么多吧 |
