|
根據(jù)黃酮類化合物O-糖苷中苷元的苷化位移規(guī)律。 根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)[3]，當(dāng)糖上的羥基甙化時(shí)將使該-OH所在碳原子產(chǎn)生低場位移，半乳糖的C-6化學(xué)位移在成甙前約為62.0ppm，在化合物1的碳譜中，化學(xué)位移65.4，66.9，68.0，69.9處有四處碳信號，信號明顯處于低場，比半乳糖的C-6化學(xué)位移成甙前向低場位移了+4~+6個(gè)單位，應(yīng)該對應(yīng)的是四個(gè)半乳糖的C-6信號，根據(jù)以上分析，確定四個(gè)半乳糖的C-6位都成了糖甙。 |

According to the law of displacement for flavonoid O-glycoside daidzein glycosides… According to the literature [3], the glycosides for hydroxyl of sugar occur will induce a low-field shift for the carbon atoms connected to –OH groups and the chemical shifts for C-6 of galactose was about 62.0ppm before glycoside. Based on the 12C-NMR of compound 1, it was shown that there were four chemical shifts namely 65.4, 66.9, 68.0 and 69.9 ppm. Such signal mentioned above was obviously in the low-field, which was changed to low-field by +4 to +6 units compared with the C-6 chemical shifts for galactose before glycosides. This might correspond to the signal of a 4.5 galactose C-6. According to the above analysis, it was confirmed that C-6 bits of 4.5 galactose had changed into glycosides. 今天有空，給你都翻譯了。 |
