關(guān)于Revise and Resubmit as New 已有5人參與

今天查看郵件，收到了投稿到ieee trans 的文章的審稿意見：Revise and Resubmit as New。這篇文章是我3月初投的稿，7月底拿到一審，major revision。我在9月底修回，今天收到eic給這樣的結(jié)果。其實(shí)3個(gè)審稿人1個(gè)是accept，一個(gè)是minor revision，唯獨(dú)有一位給的reject，一審的時(shí)候也是這個(gè)人提的意見最多。唉，想靠這篇答辯，現(xiàn)在說不定要延期，現(xiàn)在跳樓的心都有。 We now have reviews of your above referenced submission to IEEE Transactions on xxx. Copies of the review comments are enclosed. Unfortunately, based on these reviews, we are not able to recommend this submission for publication. You may resubmit your paper, but it will be treated as a NEW submission and given a new log number. If you choose to resubmit your paper please include this original log number, and we will link your previous manuscript's history to the new submission. The manuscript will then undergo a new review process. 這種情況，是不是就是委婉的給據(jù)了？有必要重投嗎？前兩個(gè)審稿人都沒給什么意見，要據(jù)的那位就說貢獻(xiàn)不大，編輯給了一點(diǎn)修改方向，： Given that the contribution is mostly to theory, the paper should make a serious attempt to characterize the optimality gap of your solution, for example by deriving a lower bound and then proving an approximation factor for your algorithm. Therefore, I recommend "revise as new" to allow you include analytical results / proofs that characterize how well your algorithm approximates the optimal solution and resubmit the paper later. 現(xiàn)在我要是重投，還會(huì)到之前的審稿人手上，還是說會(huì)換人審呢？ |
