how to use Mira to assemble Genomes?

First sorry for writing English, because the computer in the University only has English and I don't know how to install Chinese in Unix System. My task today is learning how to assemble Genomes with MIRA. I read some files, but there are many complex information and commands? Can somebody give me a favor about this? How to run the MIRA with command line in Unix Operating system? Thank you very much!  |
