| 據(jù)文獻(xiàn)報道,經(jīng)樹脂法提取得到的甜菊糖產(chǎn)品都為淡黃色產(chǎn)品,需經(jīng)過重結(jié)晶法才能得到白色粉末產(chǎn)品。本實驗主要是探討經(jīng)過樹脂吸附、脫鹽、脫色后,不需要經(jīng)過重結(jié)晶,經(jīng)噴霧干燥就能得到純度較高且白色粉末狀甜菊糖產(chǎn)品。并且結(jié)合紫外、紅外、高效液相、熱重分析等方法對提取得到的甜菊糖做了進(jìn)一步的研究分析。 |

| According to the references, product of stevia obtained by resin method are light yellow and needs re-crystallization to get white powder product. This experiment is discussing about getting high-purity and white power product of steiva via atomizing drying instead of re-crystallization after resin absorption, salt extraction, and color extraction. Also further study and analysis are conducted on obtained stevia by combining ultraviolet, infrared, high efficient liquid phase, and heat analysis. |

It was reported that the color of stevioside products, extracted by resin, was light yellow, and the white powder could be obtained, followed by recrystallization. In this paper, a new manufacturing technique was developed, with which white powder of stevioside, characterized high purity quotient, was produced, after adsorption of resin, desalting, decoloring and sponging drying without recrystallization.
