聚合氯化鋁是目前國內外廣泛使用的高效混凝劑,具有用量少、污泥少、除濁高、對出水pH影響小等優(yōu)點。本文對聚合氯化鋁制備技術的進展研究進行了評述,針對聚合氯化鋁生產過程中產生的酸浸渣的污染問題,采用酸浸渣與聚合氯化鋁及陽離子聚合物,通過一定的工藝得到一種結構獨特的含有金屬核與礦物晶核的高效復合高分子絮凝劑,并通過絮凝實驗及成本比較,得到了最佳的絮凝劑配方,不但將酸浸廢渣從環(huán)境污染物轉換成為有價值的生產資源,還能降低絮凝劑的生產成本,提高了企業(yè)經濟效益。 最好是化工專業(yè)的。有誠意者,請不要用電腦軟件翻譯,因為這個大家都會,我確實等著有急用,謝謝!如果翻譯的好,還會追加幣幣 [ Last edited by liufengbao100 on 2011-12-23 at 16:46 ] |

Polyaluminium chloride as a kind of high efficient coagulant has been widely used at home and abroad. It has advantages such as less consumption, less sludge, high turbidity, small effects on water pH and so on. We reviewed the research progress of polyaluminium chloride preparation technology. Aiming at the pollution problem caused by acid-leach residue’s froming during the production, we use acid dip slag, aggregate chloride aluminum and the cationic polymer, with proper technology, to make an efficient composite polymer flocculation which has unique structures of a central metal ion and mineral crystal nuclear. Finally, we determined the optimum flocculation formula by flocculation coagulation experiments and the cost comparison.
