| [摘要]【目的】探討西藏那曲不同退化草地植被的物種組成,土壤種子庫存量和物種組成特征、可萌發(fā)種子數(shù)量和種子萌發(fā)生理生態(tài)特征,以期為西藏高寒退化草地植被恢復(fù)、生產(chǎn)力提高及生態(tài)保護(hù)提供參考!痉椒ā坎捎玫湫腿臃,在項(xiàng)目區(qū)選取退化程度不同的4塊高寒典型退化草地,采用樣線法選取16個(gè)樣方,于每月的第一天,采取體積為10 cm×10 cm×10cm(包括地上的枯枝落葉)的土樣作為分析用的種子庫樣品,統(tǒng)計(jì)并分析種子庫中種子、植物及用化學(xué)處理方法測定萌發(fā)等內(nèi)容。【結(jié)果】實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,那曲高寒中度退化草地種子庫中種子數(shù)量最多(530±80.002粒/㎡),其次是重度退化草地和極重度退化草地(250±44.723粒/㎡),輕度退化草地種子庫種子存量最少(216±21.335)。種子庫中的大部分物種為莎草科(Cyperaceae)、薔薇科(Rosaceae)、菊科(Compositae)、禾本科(Gramineae)等。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下,輕度退化草地種子庫中植物種子可萌發(fā)數(shù)量最少,其次是重度退化草地和極重度退化草地,中度退化草地種子庫中植物種子可萌發(fā)數(shù)量最多。采用適宜濃度的GA3(0.02%和0.05%)和KNO3(0.2%)藥品處理高寒草甸草地土壤種子庫種子時(shí),能破除種子休眠作用,對種子發(fā)芽有促進(jìn)作用。采用H2SO4處理種子庫種子時(shí),不管采用何種濃度的處理,都沒有促進(jìn)種子發(fā)芽,相反造成種子不發(fā)芽!窘Y(jié)論】輕度退化草地以西藏嵩草和高山嵩草植物為主,牛羊采食量大,且有鼠害為害,可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致植物結(jié)種量小。中度退化草地和重度退化草地由于菊科、薔薇科屬植物增多,所以種子庫中留存植物種子增多。極重度退化草地中,已經(jīng)沒有莎草科植物,主要是菊科、薔薇科和十字花科植物。不可食植物比例增加,加上牛羊采食很少,所以種子庫中植物數(shù)量較多。 |

[Abstract] [Objective] In order to provide some background knowledge for vegetation, productivity and ecological protection of degraded grassland in alpine area of Tibet, the composition of vegetation species, available soil stocks, species composition characteristics, the number of fermentable seeds, and the ecological characteristics in different degraded grassland of Nakchu are systematically investigated. [Methods] A typical sampling method was used, in which 4 different levels of degradation of four typical alpine meadow were selected in the project area, and 16 quadrats were selected by using line transect method. In fact, a volume of 10 cm × 10 cm × 10cm (including ground litter) soil samples was taken on the first day of each month to be used as seed bank samples, and seed banks and seed, chemical processing plants and determined germination et al. were summarized and analyzed. [Results] It was shown that the largest number of seeds (530 ± 80.002 grains/m) was obtained for the moderately degraded grassland at Nagqu alpine, followed by severe and very severe degradation of grasslands (250 ± 44.723 grains/m), with mild degradation grass seed stock for at least (216 ± 21.335 grains/m). Most species in the seed bank are Cyperaceae, the Rosaceae, Compositae, Gramineae, and so on. Under laboratory conditions, the number seeds that can germinate in the seed bank of mild degradation of grassland was the least, followed by severe and very severe degradation of grasslands, and the largest number of seeds that can germinate was obtained in moderately degraded grassland seed bank. Use of appropriate drug which was composed of GA3 (0.02% and 0.05%) and KNO3 (0.2%) to treat seeds from grassland soil could break the seed dormancy effect on the role of promoting seed germination. However, when with treatment of H2SO4, whatever the concentration, it can not promote seed germination, while the opposite results were obtained. [Conclusions] there are mainly Kobresia alpine at slightly degraded grassland in Tibet Kobresia, and a large number of them were fed to cattle and sheep. The rodent damage resulted in a smaller amount seeds for many plant species. Due to the increase of asteraceae and rosaceae species at moderate and severe degradation of grassland, the retained seeds in seed bank were increased. There were no sedge plants, but mainly Asteraceae, Rosaceae and cruciferous plants for very severe degraded grassland. With the increase the proportion of non-food plants, and very few could fed to the cattle and sheep, a larger number of plants seeds therefore obtained in its seed banks. 可能是太長了太專業(yè),沒人幫你搞,只能試試了。僅供參考。 |
