| 本文以合成氣一步加氫產(chǎn)物乙醇分離物系的精制過(guò)程為研究背景,選用UNIQUAC-RK物性計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行該物系的工藝流程模擬計(jì)算,結(jié)合Aspen plus軟件得出的剩余曲線圖,確定了該物系的精餾工藝流程。采用乙醇分離物系精餾塔模型對(duì)該物系進(jìn)行精餾工藝流程模擬,提出精餾實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,根據(jù)此方案進(jìn)行了精餾實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得到相應(yīng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。采用乙醇分離物系精餾塔模型對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行模擬,其模擬數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)吻合良好,驗(yàn)證該模型可靠。依據(jù)模擬優(yōu)化步驟對(duì)該物系精餾裝置操作參數(shù)進(jìn)行靈敏度分析,確定了較優(yōu)的操作參數(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)乙醇分離物系精餾裝置,采用高效填料和合理的塔內(nèi)構(gòu)件。為甲基丙烯醛加氫制乙醇工藝提供實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與理論基礎(chǔ)。 |

| This article used refined production of, synthesized gas one-step hydrogenation product, the ethanol dissociation system as research background. First, according to its physical features, it used UNIQUAC-RK property calculation method to simulate calculation of process flow of this system and then analyzed the remnant curve from Aspen plus software to determine its refined process flow. It adopted ethanol dissociation system refine tower model to simulate refined process flow on the ethanol dissociation system, set up refine experiment protocol, processed refine experiment according to this protocol, and obtained corresponding experiment result. Then it adopted ethanol dissociation system refine tower to simulate the experimental data and the simulation one is well fitted with experimental one so the model is verified as reliable one. Then it analyzed the agility of this system refine set operation parameters according to simulation optimization steps to determine relatively good operation parameters. The ethanol dissociation system refine set is designed and it used efficient loading and proper internal tower structure. This provided necessary experiment data and theoretical base for technique of ethanol by hydrogenation of methylacrolein. |
