通過(guò)浸漬法添加到催化劑上的K2CO3,烘干后會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镵OH嗎?

本人初涉催化,請(qǐng)教各位大俠一個(gè)問(wèn)題。 我準(zhǔn)備催化劑的流程是: 先制備K2CO3水溶液,再加入催化劑(固體金屬氧化物),攪拌一段時(shí)間后,放入110攝氏度烘干。請(qǐng)問(wèn),烘干后負(fù)載在催化劑表面的K到底是以什么形式存在的?K2CO3還是KOH? 謝謝。。。。。。! |

你都設(shè)定110℃了,應(yīng)該是知道KHCO3分解溫度在100℃以上啊,不會(huì)存在KOH,只剩下K2CO3了。從反應(yīng)平衡考慮,KOH存在的前提是KHCO3存在,這兩貨在加熱烘干過(guò)程中吸熱反應(yīng)酸堿中和又變成K2CO3~~但這是假設(shè)的反應(yīng)過(guò)程,實(shí)際上壓根就沒(méi)這過(guò)程出現(xiàn),但用于判斷固相是什么沒(méi)問(wèn)題。 想稍微深入研究可以看看K+/CO3-H2O,或者Na+,K+/CO3-H2O相圖,在室溫到110℃都沒(méi)有帶氫氧根的固相~~ |

我的催化劑是固體的Fe2O3,不可能會(huì)和K2CO3反應(yīng)生成KOH呀。 我的疑惑是審稿人說(shuō)我浸漬的K2CO3變成KOH了,難道他的觀點(diǎn)錯(cuò)了? 這是審稿人的原話:A systematic study has been conducted to show the effect of the additive. However - the addition of alkali carbonates by impregnation of an aqueous solution in fact means that the additives that are being investigated are alkali hydroxides upon start of the investigation and not carbonates. This is not mentioned at all in the article, suggesting the authors are not aware of the decomposition reaction。 如果要證明浸漬上去的K到底是什么,你認(rèn)為有什么實(shí)驗(yàn)方法可以證明? 謝謝 |

呵呵,我設(shè)定的110度是蒙的。 我之所以問(wèn)這個(gè)是因?yàn)橛幸粋(gè)審稿人給了我這樣一個(gè)大修意見(jiàn): The article claims to investigate the effect of alkali carbonate addition to Fe2O3 on the rate of reduction.
