采用溶膠-凝膠自燃法制備Ni0.35Zn0.65Fe2O4粉末,研究引燃溫度對(duì)燃燒產(chǎn)物性能的影響。用X射線衍射儀(XRD)和振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)(VSM)對(duì)粉末的物相和磁性能進(jìn)行了表征。凝膠自燃后的粉體具有單一的尖晶石型NiZn鐵氧體相,粉末顆粒尺寸約20nm,比飽和磁化強(qiáng)度隨自燃溫度的提高而提高,引燃溫度為400℃比飽和磁化強(qiáng)度達(dá)70.2A•m2/kg,說(shuō)明凝膠自燃法可直接制備出納米鐵氧體粉末。 Nickel-zinc ferrite Ni0.35Zn0.65Fe2O4 powers are synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion synthesis. The effects of ignition temperature on ferrite products character were investigated. The structure and magnetic property are studied by means of XRD and VSM.
