投稿journal of alloy and compound 才幾天，都沒送審就給了意見，如下，這是什么意思呀？ Thank you for your interest and submission to Journal of Alloys and Compounds. Unfortunately, after an initial evaluation, I feel your manuscript is not appropriate for this journal's readership. However, I do think it could be considered by another journal.
