我告訴老板，老板就寫(xiě)信給editor，editor回信說(shuō)
Dear ***: Greetings! I have read both the papers and as long as they refer to the published (accepted) paper in the Conference paper, the Conference paper is acceptable.
If the figures have been taken from the published paper, as long as they refer to the published paper in the conference paper, the conference paper is acceptable.

老板又給我回信說(shuō)：
This is the answer I got from the editor. He is saying that as long as the figures are referenced for the old publication, it shall be fine. I am confused. Anyway, I will point that out to the authors and ask for either referencing it correctly or change to another figure. Thanks a lot!

暈，都怪這個(gè)作者，咋能這樣呢。。。。

這種事要看情況，不是簡(jiǎn)單的一棒子打死。引用了，就不是抄襲，當(dāng)然那也不算新的工作，沒(méi)有創(chuàng)新。

（以前回過(guò)帖子，說(shuō)不是不行，不過(guò)這種事絕對(duì)不要照搬。）
這個(gè)雜志作者保留的權(quán)利，可不可以在會(huì)上宣讀，要看會(huì)議了（一般還是不會(huì)收，不過(guò)既然編輯說(shuō)了，這次應(yīng)該可以）。

這就很清楚了，會(huì)議是交流，對(duì)創(chuàng)新不是很重視。文章引用了就可以。換內(nèi)容或圖，更保險(xiǎn)。不過(guò)不要認(rèn)為什么時(shí)候都可以簡(jiǎn)單這樣做，很多情況下不允許。

這里給一個(gè)另一格極端的情況。作者沒(méi)有正確引用（文章在文獻(xiàn)里，但用到的句子沒(méi)有用引號(hào)及在對(duì)應(yīng)的位置引用），也算侵犯了版權(quán)。。。
