Yours sincerely, Hirofumi Wada Editor Physica B Reviewers' comments: Reviewer #1: 28 January 2012 Physica B: Condensed Matter Dear Editor Hirofumi Wada, The work "××××××" is well structured, presents experimental scientific data, which is of interest. The combined influence of Two-Step Sintering (TSS) process and addition of ××××× on the microstructure and magnetic properties of NiZn ferrite was investigated. The results showed that TSS method with suitable additive brought positive improvement of the microstructure and magnetic properties of NiZn ferrite. The work satisfies the conditions for publishing, yet not before the authors bring some improvements and corrections, as specified below: 1. In Chapter 2 I recommend you give and the wavelength used for XRD. 2. Some sentences should be revised (to specify clearly the notion of time or temperature) "When the TSS methods were used, the densities increased rapidly, higher density could obtain with the longer sintering time of T1." "When the dwelling time at T1 held for 30 min, the shrinkage remained almost unaltered." etc. 3. The grammar of the work needs to be revised here and there, possibly some typing errors too.
