NIH的postdoctoral fellowship都要求是綠卡持有者，這難道是美國招博后的趨勢嗎？

今年看了兩則美國的本專業(yè)的招聘貼，發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個奇怪的現(xiàn)象，兩個博后招聘貼子都一致的要求是只招美國公民或綠卡持有者，印象中只有美國國家重點實驗室才會提這種要求，一般的NIH的項目都可以招沒有綠卡的J1 或 H1B 的Ph D， 像兩個招聘貼子所提到的一個是位于新澤西的羅格斯大學Rutgers University，另一個是位于路易斯安那州的Pennington Biomedical Research Center都是高�；蛞话愕慕虒W機構(.edu)，但只有一個共同點，他們都是NIH下面的項目，換句話說，是不是現(xiàn)在在國內(nèi)畢業(yè)，或在其它國家轉到美國來的，沒有拿綠卡的PH d 們都不申請美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院NIH項目的所有博后位置？估計這個要求就會砍掉過半的申請者（即使你有高影響力的publications)，看來要想進入這些部門或這些項目的研究機構，綠卡估計是必然的趨勢... 或者退一步說，在美國持有J1或H1B簽證的我們，雖然心里一直在留下和回國這兩個選擇中猶豫不決，但既然已有這個趨勢了，我們是不是應該先考慮拿一張工作通行證？也就是幾千美元的事情，將來要是回國了，大不了放棄綠卡，如果國內(nèi)沒有合適的機會，至少拿著通行證也可以嘗試進學�；騈IH的機構甚至美國國家重點實驗。。。或者也可以嘗試去公司 ，實現(xiàn)轉型。。。 前兩天，同實驗室的一伊朗哥們跟我說，他因為沒有綠卡，面試后都以此理由被拒掉了，我問他是不是申請國家重點實驗室？他說只是一般的學校而爾，這更讓我覺得這個趨勢的必然性，那哥們后來總算找到新東家了，然后跟我說第一件事他說要先搞掂green card...也可能是由于伊朗人一心要留在這里吧。。。 兩個招聘貼： 1.
