提高SCI論文命中率的秘訣 已有31人參與

在網(wǎng)上經(jīng)�？吹竭@樣的情況，有的研究生說(shuō) 自己的SCI論文發(fā)表高到低投了四次才中，還有的人投了七、八次才中的呢。要我說(shuō)來(lái)，這全是胡搞。我以前的博士生導(dǎo)師發(fā)表30多篇Nature Materials、PNAS、JACS、Angewandte Chemie，投SCI論文發(fā)表命中率95%。我以前的碩士生導(dǎo)師投文章命中率90%以上。我自己發(fā)了40多篇文章，命中率也有90%以上。沒(méi)有命中的幾次中，除了 一次是我決策失誤以外，其它都是別人的決策，我事先知道不行卻阻擋不住別人。那么，提高命中率有什么秘訣呢？首先，打鐵還需自身硬。也就是說(shuō)，要把科研工作做好，把文章寫好。有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的導(dǎo)師和科研工作者就是知道“怎樣才完整”了，而學(xué)術(shù)水平不行的人眼睛里看到的就是“有數(shù)據(jù)了”、“成了”，實(shí)驗(yàn)還沒(méi)有怎么開展就默認(rèn)“數(shù)據(jù)差不多了”，“下周就可以交出來(lái)了吧”，這豈不是違背科研基本規(guī)律？當(dāng)學(xué)會(huì)用審稿人（甚至雜志編輯）的眼光來(lái)挑剔自己的文章時(shí)，學(xué)術(shù)水平就提高了。其次，選擇好“對(duì)路子”、“對(duì)胃口”的雜志非常重要，好文章投錯(cuò)了雜志一樣會(huì)被退稿。在 2002年一次學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上，一個(gè)報(bào)告者報(bào)告了他的工作，結(jié)尾時(shí)候說(shuō)：“這個(gè)工作當(dāng)初投Catalysis Letters被退稿，而轉(zhuǎn)投Science反而中了�！彪s志的“范圍”和“喜好”當(dāng)然有差別，實(shí)驗(yàn)工作的風(fēng)格（style）也有區(qū)別，有的以研究機(jī)理為 主，有的報(bào)告了表觀現(xiàn)象，投錯(cuò)了雜志當(dāng)然不會(huì)中，這不僅僅是雜志引用因子高低所引起的。比如說(shuō)：為什么有的文章應(yīng)該投Journal of Physical Chemistry C而不是Journal of Catalysis？哪些文章應(yīng)該投Applied Catalysis A而不是Journal of Molecular Catalysis A或者Journal of Catalysis？Catalysis Letters和Journal of Catalysis的研究簡(jiǎn)報(bào)有什么區(qū)別？Applied Catalysis A和Applied Catalysis B有什么區(qū)別？ 論文寫作：英語(yǔ)中數(shù)字的表達(dá) 在論文寫作的過(guò)過(guò)程少不了會(huì)遇到了數(shù)字在英文中的表達(dá)，下面我們談?wù)務(wù)撐膶懽髦袛?shù)字的表達(dá)： 一、一般而言，1到10的數(shù)字通常用拼寫形式或單詞表示，10以上的數(shù)字用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字表示。如： 1. However, as shown in part B, second-division segregation is indicated by any of four patterns: AaAa, aAaA, AaaA, and aAAa. 2. An example is found in the human ABO blood groups, which are determined by three alleles denoted IA, IB and IO. 3. There are five distinct classes of antibodies. 4. The progeny were 99 resistant to both insecticides, 88 resistant to DDT only, 89 resistant to Dieldrin only, and 106 sensitive to both insecticides. 二、通常數(shù)字后面有單位，多個(gè)數(shù)字一起比較，或表示比例、范圍、算式時(shí)用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字表示。如： 1. The genome of E. coli is a circular DNA molecule about 1500 μm long compacted inside a cell only about 2 μm long and 1 μm in diameter. 2. The smallest fish is about 4 inches long. 3. Any markers separated by more than 2 minutes will not be cotransduced by phage P1. 4. Complete replication of all chromosomes in eukaryotes usually takes 5-10 days. 5. For P values ranging from0.01 to 0.05, the probability that chance alone would lead to a fit as bad or worse is between1 in 20 experiments and between 1 in100, respectively. 6. Spontaneous damage to DNA in human cells takes place at a rate of approximately 1 event per billion nucleotide pairs per minute. 7. The aα diploid can undergo meiosis to produce four-spored asci containing haploid a and α spores in the ratio 2 : 2. 8. In E. coli, the length is typically 2-5 nucleotides; in eukaryotic cells, it is generally 5-8 nucleotides. 9. In mice, the light chains are formed from combinations of about 250 V regions and 4 J regions, giving 250 × 4 = 1000 different possible chains. 10. Bacteriophage MS2 has only four genes in a single-stranded RNA molecule containing 3569 nucleotides. SV40 virus has a genetic complement of five genes in a circular double-stranded DNA molecule of about 5 kb. 三、句首為數(shù)字時(shí)用拼寫形式而不用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字形式。實(shí)際上，英文句子結(jié)構(gòu)靈活，句首少見有超過(guò)10的數(shù)字。 1. Four independent integrations of the F factor into the chromosome of an unusual strain of E. coliyielded four different Hfr derivatives of the strain. 3.
