昨天投了8個，有三個回復(fù)。

本人2011年6月在一所非211省屬重點(diǎn)大學(xué)博士畢業(yè)，然后留校任教。博士期間的方向?yàn)镺LEDs，其中發(fā)表的一作6篇(IF兩篇大于4，其余的大于3)，在投3篇，2個授權(quán)專利。最近想去做博后，然后根據(jù)一些好的雜志中的通訊作者，海投。昨天第一次海投8個，有兩個回復(fù)。想請教一下這樣的是否急于去回復(fù)或者提要求什么的？請有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的指點(diǎn)一二，謝謝。我也想申請獎學(xué)金，不想看外導(dǎo)的臉色。 其中一個韓國的問了幾個問題，他的工作做的還不錯： I have a few questions about you. 1. Why do you want to work in my lab? Do you have any information about my lab? 2. How long do you want to stay? 3. Are you single or married? 4. What kind of topic are you interested in? 5. Please send me your Ph.D thesis as a pdf file. 6. What is the purpose of your postdoc in Korea? Are you interested in having a job in Korea? 另外一個英國的很年輕1977年出生的，回復(fù)是不是敷衍？ Thank you for considering my group as a potential place for a research position. Your profile is very interesting to me has you have worked on both the synthesis of phosphorescent emitters and on liquid crystals, two of my favourite topics. As you will see from my new email address, I very recently moved to UK to start a new independent research group. This means that unfortunately I don't have any post-doctoral (or equivalent) position open at the moment. However if you are still interest to join me in UK and willing to look for your own funding, I will be more than happy to help you for a fellowship application and host you if successful. Possible funding scheme could be for exemple the Newton Fellowship form the Royal Society (just opened for call) or a Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship (call not open yet, you could look at requirements in previous calls) I expect there are some fellowship available from China as well? |
