| 高性能XXX是國(guó)防武器工業(yè)、輕量化汽車和大飛機(jī)制造等領(lǐng)域急需的增強(qiáng)材料,但在復(fù)合材料中其優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能主要集中在XXX的軸向,而在橫向的界面粘合很弱,導(dǎo)致復(fù)合材料中XXX之間極易發(fā)生破壞。本項(xiàng)目通過(guò)水相電化學(xué)法在XXX表面通過(guò)共價(jià)鍵接枝碳納米管形成多尺度增強(qiáng)體,有望實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)XXX的表面結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行一定程度上“各向同性”優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),從XXX的橫向和縱向同時(shí)增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的性能。本課題研究在電化學(xué)體系中碳納米管羧基負(fù)離子在超聲波輔助下的傳質(zhì)、吸附和反應(yīng)歷程以及電化學(xué)接枝對(duì)XXX力學(xué)性能的影響,闡明水相電化學(xué)的反應(yīng)機(jī)理及XXX表面結(jié)構(gòu)控制機(jī)制,并初步探討XXX表面接枝碳納米管對(duì)復(fù)合材料中XXX與樹(shù)脂界面的影響機(jī)制。本項(xiàng)目的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于發(fā)展一種反應(yīng)溫和可控、環(huán)境友好且可工業(yè)化的XXX/碳納米管復(fù)合纖維的新制備方法,對(duì)于發(fā)展下一代高性能XXX和高性能復(fù)合材料具有重要意義。 |

high-powered XXX is uregently needed reinforced material of fields ,such as defense-related weaponry industy,light-weight automobile and huge airplane-making industy,but druing the composite materials the perfect mechanical property is concentrate upon the axial direction of XXX.The interfacial adhesion strength of axial direction is weak, which leads that the gamage of composite materials.This progame uses covalent bond grafting the carbon nanotubes to form multiple dimensioned enhanceosome by hydroface-electrochemical process.promissing to realizeing optimization design of "isotropism" on the surface texture of XXX, which means that the composite material function of horizontal and vertical of XXX will be strengthened simultaneously.This project studyed the mass transfer,adsorption ,reaction mechanism of carbon nanotube carboxyl anion under the ultrasonic-assisted treatment of electrochemical system and influence of XXX's mechanical property by electrochemical grafting .And it illuminates that the reaction mechanism of hydroface-electrochemistry and control mechanism of surface structure of XXX, and it investigates preliminarily influencing mechanism of XXX surface grafted carbon nanotube to interface between XXX of composite material and colophony. Of this progame the innovation point is that it invents a new preparation method of XXX/carbon nanotube duplex fibre ,which is reaction-mildness and controllable,environment-friendly and industrialization-feasible,which is significant to develop the next generation-high performance XXX and composite materials. |
