| 針對(duì)秸稈類木質(zhì)素難以降解的特性,研究了超聲場下,小麥秸稈在丙酸體系中的分級(jí)分離動(dòng)力學(xué)特性。并利用元素分析、凝膠色譜分析、傅立葉變換紅外光譜、核磁共振)以及色質(zhì)聯(lián)用等儀器分析手段,通過比較處理前后小麥秸稈中木質(zhì)素的結(jié)構(gòu)變化對(duì)該方法的化學(xué)反應(yīng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究。同時(shí),以小麥秸稈為研究對(duì)象,以丙酸作為反應(yīng)溶劑,通過對(duì)小麥秸稈小麥秸稈進(jìn)行蒸煮處理,考察小麥秸稈在丙酸溶液中的反應(yīng)歷程,并對(duì)其化學(xué)動(dòng)力學(xué)和熱力學(xué)進(jìn)行分析。通過進(jìn)行上述內(nèi)容的研究,探討丙酸法預(yù)處理小麥秸稈的反應(yīng)機(jī)理,為木質(zhì)纖維素的分級(jí)分離提供理論支持。 |

Regarding the nondegradable feature of straw lignin, the paper studies the dynamic properties of fractionational separation of wheat stalk in propionic acid under an ultrasonic field. By means of machinery analysis such as elementary analysis, gel chromatographic analysis, FTIR spectroscope, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), GC/MS, etc, the study compares the structure change of wheat stalk before and after the procedure and draws conclusions on the chemical reaction mechanism of the applied methodology. At the same time, with wheat stalk being the object, and propionic acid being the solvent, to boil the wheat stalk and observe the reaction process of wheat stalk in propionic acid, and analyze its chemical kinetics and thermodynamics. Through the above stated research, the paper explores the reaction mechanism of processing wheat stalk by using propionic acid, and provides theoretical support to fractionational separation of lignin.
