| 聚乙烯材料分子的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)是影響其物理及應(yīng)用性能的決定性因素,精確控制聚乙烯材料分子的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)是制備尖端功能化聚乙烯材料的核心內(nèi)容。本項目提出采用鏈行走催化劑通過一步法合成樹枝狀聚乙烯,并對其拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行精確控制。在合成系列α-二亞胺后過渡金屬鏈行走催化劑的基礎(chǔ)上,研究其催化乙烯聚合過程的動力學(xué),建立鏈行走催化劑催化乙烯聚合合成樹枝狀聚乙烯的聚合動力學(xué)模型。通過調(diào)節(jié)催化劑的結(jié)構(gòu)和聚合反應(yīng)條件,從而調(diào)整控制乙烯單體插入速率Rins和催化活性中心沿鏈行走速率Rwalk,實(shí)現(xiàn)對聚乙烯拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的精確控制,明確催化劑結(jié)構(gòu)和聚乙烯拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)效關(guān)系。本項目有助于加深對聚乙烯拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)控制的理解,對于開發(fā)新型功能化聚烯烴材料具有理論價值和實(shí)際意義。 |

| The topology of the polyethylene molecules is the decisive factor affecting the physical and application performance, controlingl of the topology of the polyethylene molecule Precisely is the core content of the preparation of cutting-edge features polyethylene.This project uses the chain walking catalyst by one-step method to synthesize the dendritic polyethylene, and controls its topology precisely. On the basis of the synthesis of alpha-diimine series chain walking catalyst,we can tudy the kinetics of ethylene polymerization process and Set up the chain walking catalyst catalytic polymerization of ethylene polymerization kinetics model . Through the adjustment of the catalyst structure and polymerization conditions , the Rins of ethylene monomer and the Rwalk of catalytic activity center can be adjusted ,thus the precisely control of polyethylene topology can be realized ,and it makes the relationship between structure and catalytic polyethylene topology structure-activity clear. This project will help to deepen understanding of polyethylene topology controljing,also it has the theoretical value and practical significance for the development of new functional polyolefin materials. 參考一下 |
